Maddison Stevens

Founder

I’m a marketing strategist with eight years of experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, and service-based businesses and I started Loci after seeing something over and over again: really good businesses doing great work… with marketing that didn’t reflect it.

​

Not because they didn’t care, but because they didn’t have the time, structure, or support.

 

My first job was as a barista. It might not sound like a big deal, but it shaped how I think about business. When you work face-to-face with customers every day, you learn quickly that details matter. How people feel matters. Experience matters.

​

That’s especially true in hospitality. So much intention goes into the guest experience, but marketing often becomes an afterthought. I built Loci to help close that gap.

​

I love strategy, yes. But what I really love is building. Building brands that feel clear and confident. Building systems that make things easier. Building plans that don’t just sit in a Google Doc but actually get executed. I care about growth, but I care just as much about how you get there.
